Black shorts/socks are fine for trial sessions. Once registered, the ACFA uniform (included in sign-up fee)
Once issued, the ACFA uniform must be worn to all sessions to maintain a professional environment and support team culture.

All updates, polls, and schedule confirmation are done via WhatsApp. Written communication must be sent to Kylie via WhatsApp. You are welcome to call if verbal discussion is needed.

All ACFA coaches are accredited, experienced, and hold current Working With Children Checks. Adam is a former professional footballer with elite coaching experience and B Diploma coach, and Kylie has her Futsal License and C Diploma coach & sports chaplaincy

Yes, parents are welcome but must remain in the designated spectator area. This ensures coaches can instruct effectively and players stay focused.

ACFA offers a trial session to ensure suitability. After signing up for a pack, credits or holds are not offered for change of mind, but we will discuss player goals and alternative pathways to support each child.

Yes, 10-session packs are valid for 12 weeks (aligned with term structure). Extensions can be approved for injury or holidays when notice is provided as per policy.

Every player develops at a different pace. Consistent training and regular practice at home will greatly improve their skill level. While we provide the best pathway and coaching environment, we cannot guarantee representative selection, as trials are competitive and depend on individual progress and external selection criteria.

If your child is medically unable to participate, you may place their sessions on hold. A medical certificate must be supplied showing the date of injury and the expected return-to-sport date. Once your child is cleared to return, the remaining sessions must be completed within the allocated timeframe, based on the number of weeks remaining and session availability. No extensions will be provided beyond the medical clearance period, and no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures fairness to all families and supports the ongoing delivery of our programs.
